Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
- Extensive safety experience required, ideally in the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations; familiarity with DOT and fleet safety is a plus.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CHST, or similar are a plus.
