Job Summary

Own day-to-day safety on the ground at the Phoenix manufacturing site by walking the floor, identifying hazards, and fixing them before they impact people. Run the site safety program end to end, managing training, permits, incident investigations, and corrective actions that close. Build safe operating procedures with supervisors and operators for high-energy tasks including welding, cranes, powered equipment, and electrical work. Maintain OSHA and company compliance standards while production scales without becoming the reason work stops. Prioritize catching injuries and claims early to keep a 24/7 workforce running at full intensity.

Required Qualifications

  • You've owned safety at a manufacturing or heavy-industrial site, on the floor, not from an office.
  • You've investigated real incidents and driven corrective actions that changed how work gets done.
  • Operators bring you problems early because you fix things instead of writing people up.
  • You've built training that crews remember at the moment it matters.
  • You know OSHA general industry requirements cold and apply them with judgment.

Desired Qualifications

  • OSHA 30/500.
  • CSP or ASP track.
  • Fabrication or heavy assembly environments.
  • Startup or greenfield sites.
  • Spanish fluency.
