Job Summary
Safety Manager assists Safety Director with implementation of safety programs, conducts on-site inspections, audits and reviews of procedures, implements risk-mitigation measures, and conducts safety training. Must have strong organizational skills, knowledge of OSHA/MSHA/DOT practices, and ability to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders. Role based in Belgrade, MT with overnight travel within Montana and neighboring states (~25%).
Required Qualifications
- Four-year occupational safety/health degree
- minimum 3-4 years construction/industry safety experience or equivalent combinations of training and related experience
- valid driver's license and safe driving record
