Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety (or related field)
• •minimum of 3+ years' experience in construction safety
• •equivalent combination of training and related experience
• •Previous construction jobsite safety experience
• •valid driver's license
• •subject to the Company's motor vehicle record check
• •subject to the Company's background check
• •subject to the Company's drug screen programs
• •subject to the Client's background check
• •subject to the Client's drug screen programs
• •subject to period background checks
• •subject to drug screens
• •Must carry and maintain a valid driver's license

• •This is a full-time on-site position
• •This is not a hybrid or remote position
• •This position will be primarily located onsite in the Casey, IL area
• •occasional time spent working out of the main office in Fenton, MO
• •This position may require some travel (<10%)
• •Work schedule may vary due to construction schedule
• •nights and/or weekend work may be required

• •Thorough knowledge related to the safe operation of construction sites, including but not limited to, trenching and excavation, scaffolding, forklift operation, cranes/hoists, fall protection, signs/barricades, steel erection, hand/portable tools, confined space, and hearing conservation
• •Understands and can utilize data management tools used for analyzing construction reporting data
• •Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• •Requires strong organizational skills

• •the ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule
• •Requires strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local construction safety regulations
• •NFPA 70E

• •Must be able to establish effective working relationships with project personnel including but not limited to project managers, construction superintendents, and construction foremen
• •Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities

Desired Qualifications

• •Previous experience with electrical construction
• •Possess a valid OSHA 500 and/or OSHA 510 designation
• •Possess a valid certificate as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• •Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP)
