Job Summary
Design, inspect, implement, and maintain erosion control measures to support environmental protection and prevent regulatory non-compliance for clients. Manage safety coordination and human resources for the Calgary operations, ensuring daily job allocation and building a collaborative team environment. Identify potential risks and devise proactive solutions while maintaining high organization across multiple project priorities. Requires National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification, Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) designation, and experience with heavy equipment and earthworks. Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract is mandatory. Full-time Monday to Friday schedule with weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
