Job Summary
Safety Manager leads safety programs on CSI construction projects, conducts weekly site safety inspections, delivers site orientations, reviews subcontractor pre-task safety analyses, promotes proactive safety culture, coaches safe behaviors, and ensures incident reporting and investigations follow established protocols while aligning with CSI safety standards and regulatory requirements. Requires strong leadership, effective communication, field presence, and ability to drive continuous improvement in safety performance across assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety & Health or equivalent experience/education combination
- Minimum 7 years of construction safety experience (or combination of education and multiple years of building construction experience)
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards applicable to commercial construction environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
