Safety Manager - Cincinnati

Job Summary
Provide onsite safety support to key clients and projects by partnering with teams to prepare and execute effective site safety plans. Ensure regular inspections are completed at job sites and on machinery to identify and correct potential hazards. Conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement. Communicate guidelines to employees, report on health and safety issues, and develop relevant policies to maintain a safe workplace. This role requires a bachelor's degree in occupational safety/health, five years of safety management experience, and OSHA 500 training certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety/health
- 5+ years of safety management experience
- Understanding of safety in a construction environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong work ethic
- Team building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering presentations
- Experience conducting training sessions for diverse audiences
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Working knowledge of other industry related programs
Desired Qualifications
