Job Summary
Safety Manager will enforce site-specific safety policies and OSHA regulations, conduct daily safety walks and job hazard analyses, support concrete crews with safe work planning and execution, lead toolbox talks and safety meetings, investigate incidents and near misses, maintain safety documentation and reports, and coordinate with project leadership to address safety concerns. Requires OSHA 30 certification, 3-5 years of construction safety experience, concrete construction operations experience on commercial projects, and the ability to work extended hours in a live jobsite environment.
Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of construction safety experience
- Proven experience supporting concrete construction operations
- Experience on commercial construction projects
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week
- Willingness to work Saturdays if project demands
- Local to the Chattanooga, TN area (no per diem provided)
