Job Summary
Conduct routine safety audits and inspect daily operations, equipment, and machinery to ensure compliance with industry, state, and company safety guidelines. Partner with the operations team to supervise general safety procedures, monitor employee performance, and investigate accidents to determine root causes. Develop data collection processes for accident analysis and implement initiatives to reduce work-related accidents and occupational hazards. Deliver regular safety training programs to drivers and team members while reporting necessary adjustments to top management. Requires three years of safety management experience and a college degree in HSE or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of safety management experience
- One (1) year of supervisor experience
- College Degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Driver's License
