Job Summary
Safety Manager responsible for executing the site safety program on an assigned project, educating and training project staff on safety requirements and incident prevention, ensuring compliance with company and customer safety policies, and developing safety reports, accident investigations, and staff/subcontractor training. Role emphasizes field presence with coaching, auditing, and engagement of craft employee-owners; includes facilitating safety trainings and orientations, representing the company with customers/subcontractors, and covering for the site HSE manager as needed. Requires 3 years of maintenance/construction experience and a Valid Driver’s License.
