Job Summary
Safety Manager responsible for promoting a culture of patient and teammate safety across the organization by ensuring OSHA compliance and maintaining a risk-aware environment across all centers; leads Environment of Care auditors, oversees safety programs, partners with operations and clinical teams to reduce incidents, develops safety policies, analyzes incident trends, supports emergency preparedness drills, participates in weekly safety committees, and travels nationally for training and support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent required (e.g. Occupational Health & Safety)
- 5+ years related experience with facilities, maintenance, safety, emergency response, facilities, maintenance
- 2+ years of leading or managing a team
- Experience with OSHA workplace standards and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
