Safety Management Centre (SMC) Retail Support

Safety Management Centre (SMC) Retail Support role focusing on security incident response, CCTV/audits, GDPR/H&S compliance, incident reporting using ServiceNow, and collaboration with Ladbrokes Coral shops, Entain offices, and stadia. Responsibilities include providing telephone support during/after incidents, conducting weekly shop safety checks, assisting third-party ARC reporting, recording incidents clearly in ServiceNow, grading incidents and notifying stakeholders, monitoring premises with security systems, controlling access, reviewing CCTV footage for investigations, and fulfilling internal/external investigative needs while upholding GDPR and H&S rules. The role supports the SMC Manager and contributes to emergency procedures maintenance, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and maintaining security across Ladbrokes Coral premises.
