Job Summary
Safety Lead embedded within the design team, owning the development of safety-focused learning content from concept through delivery, and serving as the primary safety SME. You will review content for accuracy and realism, provide practical safety guidance across the content development process, mentor designers, and represent Pixaera in customer-facing conversations. You’ll contribute to evolving the company’s safety philosophy, conduct safety reviews across active content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety expertise into content creation, ensuring a high standard of safety credibility across the product portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma or CMIOSH status or equivalent Chartered-level safety qualification
- Experience translating safety knowledge into learning content, training programs, instructional materials, or other engaging educational experiences
- Ability to demonstrate examples of content created, not just delivered
- Experience assessing risk, investigating incidents, or supporting safety programs in operational environments
- Credible communicator capable of engaging with frontline practitioners and senior HSE stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and help others develop safety understanding
- Independent, ownership-driven work style
- Alignment with learning-focused, human-centered approaches to risk management
- Flexibility to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
