Job Summary
Safety Lead role on site for Martin Marietta combining safety leadership with high-level customer service. Responsible for OSHA adherence, daily safety walks and incident investigations, reviewing drainage and site conditions, coordinating safety orientations for hires, contractors, and visitors, maintaining PPE and safety equipment, updating SOPs, organizing safety meetings, and serving as the primary liaison with customers and haulage contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely loadings while fostering a culture of safety and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or relevant experience
- ACI Field Testing Level I Certification is highly preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Construction, Heavy Building Material, or Asphalt
- 2+ years of Asphalt focused experience is preferred
