Safety & Health Manager

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate all safety and health activities for the Wilson, NC facility, developing and implementing a comprehensive safety management system. Direct the Safety team while identifying workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, and conditions. Investigate accidents, liaise with engineers and regulatory authorities, and provide training on safety protocols. Maintain records of injuries and absences to identify concerns and ensure compliance with organization and government standards. Manage experienced professionals with independent discretion and communicate with executive leadership and external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 6+ or 4+ years of relevant experience including leadership. Relocation assistance provided with full benefits.

- 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience

- 4+ years of relevant experience
- 2-4 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience
