Job Summary
Safety, Health, & Environment Field Specialist on Oil & Gas/remediation projects. Serve as on-site safety representative providing continuous field-level support and oversight; conduct routine and unscheduled site visits to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures; identify hazards and work with field teams to implement corrective actions; participate in incident investigations including root cause analysis; perform Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR); assist with safety audits, inspections, and regulatory checks; communicate safety expectations to field personnel and subcontractors; maintain accurate records of site observations, incidents, and safety activities; able to work independently in dynamic and potentially remote field environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and 4+ years of experience supporting safety, health, and environment activities in field-based Oil & Gas or remediation projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
