Job Summary
Serve as on-site Safety, Health, and Environment field representative supporting Oil & Gas and remediation projects. Conduct routine and unscheduled site visits to monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures, identify hazards, and work with field teams to implement corrective actions. Support and participate in incident investigations including root cause analysis and documentation, perform Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) to ensure readiness, assist with safety audits and regulatory compliance checks, and communicate safety expectations to field personnel and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of site observations, incidents, and safety activities. Must be able to work independently in dynamic and potentially remote field environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in safety, health, and environment in field-based Oil & Gas or remediation projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
