Job Summary
The SHE Intern will support the Safety, Health and Environmental Department in ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies within a manufacturing environment that includes electronics manufacturing, product assembly, and minor machining. Responsibilities include assisting with safety inspections and audits, implementing corrective actions, helping deliver safety training, investigating incidents and near-misses, maintaining safety records, monitoring occupational health programs, supporting ergonomic assessments, conducting environmental impact assessments, supporting waste reduction and recycling programs, and assisting with compliance to environmental regulations and standards. Opportunities to contribute to SHE projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to lifecycle SHE considerations are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
