Job Summary
Drive health, safety, and environmental program delivery on complex Oil & Gas and remediation projects. Lead or support HASP development and reviews, perform hazard identification and risk assessments, coordinate kickoff meetings, integrate safety into project execution, monitor regulatory compliance, and maintain safety documentation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to cultivate a proactive safety culture, analyze incident trends, and implement corrective actions. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of safety/HE work in Oil & Gas or remediation; professional certifications (CSP, CIH, CHST) and HASP leadership experience are preferred. Note: Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office is required; relocation assistance is not indicated; sponsorship is not offered for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 4+ years of relevant experience in safety, health, and environment support for Oil & Gas or remediation projects
