Safety & FSQ Trainer

Job Summary
Safety & FSQ Trainer responsible for facilitating and delivering training for the onsite FSQ teams; develop and maintain training materials including SOPs, JSA’s, one-point lessons; observe and document trainee performance; provide on-site training for H2S, Confined Space, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, and 1st Aid, and additional duties; deliver group trainings, manage documentation, coordinate with supervisors, ensure GMP adherence; requires clear communication, written and spoken, and SAP experience; training and leadership abilities preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associated diploma, degree and/or technical certification with prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Twelve months related experience and/or some combination of college or technical courses and experience.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with passing score on the mechanical job skills test.
- Demonstrated Training experience would be an asset, such as Train the Trainer or other Training certifications.
