Job Summary
Lead day-to-day safety and fleet operations across field teams; drive safety programs in line with OSHA, DOT, and industry standards. Manage fleet lifecycle, maintenance, and driver processes including PARS, DOT, MVR, and CDL compliance. Oversee safety training (new hire orientation, annual meetings), incident investigations with root-cause analysis, audits, and site inspections. Partner with field teams, project managers, and yard operations to ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement of safety outcomes and fleet efficiency. Track safety metrics and support budgeting; oversee procurement and coordination with vendors, inspectors, and insurance providers. 100% onsite in Madison, WI. Pay range $90k–$120k base salary, placement dependent on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Safety, Risk Management, Business, or related field
