Job Summary
As a safety engineer, you will develop and improve safety programs and operating procedures to ensure worker safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading construction projects, executing ISO management systems, conducting risk assessments, performing safety audits, providing employee training, and investigating incidents. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 7+ years of experience in safety, strong regulatory knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years Occupational Safety and Health experience in Semiconductor or high technology industries
- Experience in construction safety design and construction safety management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing small to medium sized projects

- ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 lead auditor certification
