Job Summary
Safety Engineer role across junior to senior levels, based at Bristol HQ with a minimum 3 days on-site per week; engage in safety activities across projects, apply safety techniques (FMEA, HAZOP, BowTie), contribute to safety strategy and documentation, develop safety artefacts, mentor junior engineers, and, at senior levels, lead safety strategy and stakeholder engagement within Rowden's safety engineering practice,
Required Qualifications
- Essential (all levels) understanding of systems engineering and safety engineering principles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
