Job Summary
Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans, standards, and safety checklists while conducting toolbox talks, inductions, and safety trainings. Carry out daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to monitor PPE usage and safe work practices. Identify unsafe conditions, recommend corrective actions, and investigate incidents with detailed reports. Ensure full statutory compliance with labour laws and safety codes by preparing permits-to-work and submitting weekly and monthly safety reports. This role reports to the Project Manager, PMC Head, or Client in Lonavala for residential, civil, MEP, and interior works projects.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- additional qualification in Industrial Safety (ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH)
- 5–8 years of site safety management experience
