Job Summary
Bridge across multiple functions to enable standardized safety workflows and tooling within a high-tech semiconductor environment. Build, integrate, and optimize automation solutions and methodologies for safety product development; design and implement scalable workflows, dashboards, and documentation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and data usage; leverage AI tools where meaningful to enhance productivity and interoperability across engineering tools.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or a related high-tech industry
- Strong expertise in tooling, automation, and engineering workflows
- Scripting and software development (e.g., Python, Java)
- Designing and implementing automation solutions and scalable workflows
- Experience with Jira, Git (GitHub/Bitbucket)
- ELM / requirements management tools
- System modeling tools
- Safety analysis tools
- Knowledge of configuration management environments
- Hands-on developer and architectural capabilities
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- AI tools or automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Background in functional safety environments (preferred)
- Security-related task willingness (may be in scope)
