Safety Data Analyst / Coordinator

Job Summary
Collect and input safety data into management systems, analyze incident, injury, and audit records, and develop KPI dashboards. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual safety reports while coordinating corrective action tracking and closure. Maintain OSHA logs, support inspections and investigations, and administer EHS software databases. Track employee training and certifications, identify risk trends, and recommend reduction initiatives. Conduct new hire training using Alchemy and assist with PPE, LOTO gear, and safety equipment distribution. This role supports the Campus "Safety Success" program through data analytics and continuous improvement initiatives. Regular floor presence is required for facility inspections and direct employee interaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in EHS, safety coordination, or data analytics
- Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry
- Regular floor presence
- Ability to navigate the workplace, walking inside and out, climb stairs, occasional climb ladders
Desired Qualifications
- Associated degree in Safety, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Safety Management, or related field
- Experience or ability to learn Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- GSP, ASP, or other EHS or Lean certifications
- Experience with Brady LINK360, Intelex, Cority, Alchemy, Avetta, Rever, or similar EHS platforms
