Job Summary
Lead the ALDI Safety Department’s WHS program in Prestons across Store and Warehouse Operations. Provide technical guidance on health and safety matters, interpret legislative requirements, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, and develop Safe Work Procedures (SWPs). Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders through consultation, training, and development; respond to WHS incidents and drive improvements to systems for greater efficiency. Assist in maintaining the WHS Management System and related tools, analyse safety data and report on KPI performance, and support ongoing training and compliance efforts. The role emphasizes safeguarding people, promoting a safety culture, and contributing to a safer, healthier, and more productive workplace. Requirements include demonstrated WHS experience, knowledge of regulatory standards, and a Certificate IV in WHS minimum.
