Job Summary
Coordinate safety, health, and environmental programs across offices and job sites; conduct safety training on topics such as driving safety, electrical safety, confined space, and lockout/tagout; onboard safety orientation for new team members; lead proactive safety inspections at customer sites and service operations; assist with incident investigations and corrective actions; track safety metrics and report trends; support rollout of safety tools and training modules; reinforce a safety mentorship culture through peer leadership and recognition of positive safety behavior.
Required Qualifications
- 0-5 years of related experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local OSHA requirements and safety best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative approach to developing and delivering training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with safety or service management systems preferred
- Understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and standards and associated safety best practices
