Job Summary
Safety Coordinator at Dal-Tile is an entry-level role responsible for implementing and maintaining safety policies and programs, coordinating, delivering, and keeping records on safety training to promote an accident-free workplace compliant with local, state, and federal laws. The role supports safety audits, assists in investigations of accidents and near-misses, communicates with safety personnel to ensure consistency, monitors safety statistics, and collaborates with various departments to minimize workplace hazards and foster a culture of safety.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
