Job Summary
The Safety Coordinator oversees safety compliance in mechanical construction projects, implements safety policies, conducts training, and promotes a culture of safety to minimize risks and injuries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in safety coordination within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards relevant to mechanical construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in safety management or related field (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, Certified Safety Professional)
- CHST
- OSHA Safety & Health Fundamentals Certificate Program
