Safety Coordinator

Job Summary
Safety Coordinator to promote and enforce a comprehensive safety culture across field and office operations. Responsible for updating and communicating safety rules and SOPs, leading safety events and trainings, conducting inspections and safety audits, investigating injuries/near-misses, implementing Toolbox Talks and Return-to-Work programs, coordinating with field personnel and safety team, and ensuring compliance with PPE, drug screening, and post-accident procedures. Requires frequent travel to job sites (office/field environment), 45-50 hour weeks, and a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in environmental safety & health or 3-5 years of safety experience; OSHA 500, CSMC, or Construction Safety Site Technician Certification preferred; ability to pass background and drug screenings; US work authorization.
