Job Summary
Lead the Safety Program Coordinator and Safety Management System initiatives by conducting routine safety inspections, performing safety policy audits, and tracking safety incidents and injuries. Execute incident investigations with root cause analysis while developing employee coaching curricula for initial, annual, and specialized training. Manage training system tracking and apply a preventative approach to safety through employee coaching and root cause analysis. Requires Cal OSHA experience as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Takes initiative and is self-motivating
- Significant ability to multi-task
- Walk, kneel and climb ladders
- Carry 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Cal OSHA experience a plus
