Safety Coordinator

Conduct routine safety inspections, identify workplace hazards, and assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis. Coordinate and track employee safety training, maintain compliance documentation, and monitor OSHA readiness for regulatory audits. Support the EHS Manager in implementing safety policies, managing PPE inventory, and reinforcing safe work practices through toolbox talks and meetings. Track safety metrics, near misses, and corrective actions to improve workplace safety across IFAB facilities. Assist with emergency response preparedness, hazardous waste programs, and communicating safety updates to supervisors and employees.
