Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to enhance safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance in residential construction for IES Residential, Inc. Requires 5 years of experience and OSHA 500 Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in residential or commercial construction
- OSHA 500 Certification – Required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – Mandatory
- Solid understanding of current OSHA standards and regulations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- First Aid/CPR Instructor Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using digital safety platforms, mobile apps, or incident tracking tools
