Job Summary
RN-led safety coordinator role focused on fall prevention and resident safety. Responsibilities include attending morning meetings, verifying orders, administering vaccines for TB, Flu, and Hep B with results logging, incident report tracking, care plan interventions, on-call rotations, reviewing MARs and TARs on assigned hall, monthly med cart/med room checks, assisting with new admissions, and providing nursing supervision as needed.
