Job Summary
Conduct daily field walks, photo-document Operational Risk Management boards, and submit Site Safety Audit reports with findings and corrective actions. Coach Crew Foremen on Job Hazard Analyses, assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis, and perform periodic audits of power tools and equipment. Address safety observations through regular interaction with field personnel and site supervision, while delivering job site-specific safety orientations for new employees. Ensure subcontractor compliance with rules and regulations, and develop project-specific corrective action plans to address safety issues. Work day and/or night shifts, overtime, and weekends dependent on the project schedule.

Desired Qualifications
- Degree or extensive training in environmental health and safety discipline
- 1 - 3 years in construction safety experience
- Electrical safety experience
- Mechanical safety experience
- OSHA 510/511
- Understanding of electrical industry construction and general industry consensus standards such as NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI
- Experience with construction workforce
- CPR/FA Certified
- Ability and experience with presenting and training others
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence behaviors
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Safety certifications in competency
- Bi-lingual
