Safety Coordinator

Conduct daily plant production observations to immediately correct safety violations and enforce accountability for non-compliance. Deliver OSHA and company-mandated safety training while maintaining accurate attendance and documentation records. Investigate accidents and near misses, report findings, and monitor accident trends to implement corrective actions. Facilitate quarterly safety committee meetings and partner with the Corporate Safety Team on program improvements. Make recommendations to enhance the current safety culture. Requires Spanish bilingualism, OSHA 30 certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Safety or Construction Management. Full-time year-round role with competitive compensation and profit sharing.
