Job Summary
Bridge the gap between technology deployment and operational adoption by partnering with diverse mining stakeholders to integrate Hexagon's OAS and CA safety solutions. Provide consultation, analysis, and operational guidance to improve safety practices, translating data into actionable insights for clients at varied stages of maturity. Lead change management strategies for successful new technology adoption and deployment in mining production environments. This role supports the expansion of the Safety portfolio in the ANZ region, enabling autonomous operations and optimizing resources across surface and underground sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mining, Psychology, Human Factors, Safety, or related field
- Prior experience in mining production
- Prior experience in leading or being involved in change management, or organisation development
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to communication across all levels of stakeholders, adapting content and direction to relative audience
- Prior experience leading new technology adoption or deployment in mining production
Desired Qualifications
- Background in mining operations, working with safety OT Technology
- Experience leading new technology integration and change management strategies for successful adoption
- Understanding of human factors and safety principles in high-risk environments
