Job Summary
Safety Compliance Manager role to support the Safety Compliance program for Disney Cruise Line in Singapore, focusing on SMS/ISM audits, investigations, Port State liaison, Tiered Audit Programs across multiple departments, and corrective actions within the Safety Management System. Responsibilities include conducting SMS/ISM audits, leading investigations, coordinating with shore staff and crew, reviewing action plans for non-conformities, and ensuring compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and related regulations. Requires collaboration with Marine and Technical Operations, ability to travel, and advanced knowledge of maritime regulations, with preference for ISM Code Lead Auditor certification and familiarity with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and related standards. The role involves developing safety communications and working with safety committees to promote a robust safety culture for the Disney Adventure shipboard and shore teams, in the Singapore office.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marine safety and compliance or cruise safety and compliance
