Safety Companion - PRN/Nights

Monitor patient verbalizations and report all actions to the nurse. Assist the nurse in carrying out patient care activities within the scope of training and experience. Perform routine and assigned non-nursing tasks while providing sitter services for patients assessed to require constant observation to maximize safety. This role supports patient care units by ensuring constant observation for individuals needing enhanced safety measures.
