Job Summary
Schedule, prepare, and audit safety training materials while managing lockout/tagout and fall protection equipment for new hires. Track hazard communication program initiatives, SDS databases, and chemical inventories. Assist with incident management system reporting, internal and external safety audits, and worker's compensation claims. Support contractor management processes including Marsh and ISNetworld hours. Manage safety alerts, toolbox talks, and division-specific safety programs. Maintain excellent communication and computer skills within the Safety Team to uphold world-class safety culture standards.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- OHSA 10-Hour Course Completion
- CPR, AED, First-Aid Certification
- Degree in administrative field
- 2+ years clerical experience
- Experience with regulatory environment
