Job Summary
Safety Business Analyst responsible for scoping, planning and supporting implementation of process automation solutions by delivering business analysis, requirements, and user stories; collaborates with IT Product Managers, Business Partners, and IT Architects to develop project proposals/roadmaps, drive RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, harmonize cross-site processes, define KPIs, and create automation architecture including RPA/BPA prototypes; requires leadership in BA activities, experience with agile environments, and domain knowledge in pharma/life sciences; Bachelor/Master of Science in CS/engineering/biostatistics or related fields preferred; global impact across Roche with emphasis on delivering value through automation and standardized data models.
