Safety and Security Manager - EHS Safety Officer

Develop and execute the site EHS strategy and roadmap aligned with operational goals while establishing annual safety objectives, KPIs, and action plans. Own the corporate Safety Management System, manage multi-location building security plans, and standardize policies, procedures, and audit frameworks across all facilities. Lead cross-site safety councils, conduct root cause analyses for incidents and near misses, and drive corrective actions for systemic risk reduction. Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and state laws, serve as the primary contact for agencies, and manage the workers' compensation program end-to-end. Design and deliver safety training programs, lead emergency drills, and oversee vendor and contractor safety governance. This role reports to company leadership and partners closely with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Facilities to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant workplace across a multi-location manufacturing and distribution network. The position requires 7–10+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment and strong OSHA expertise.
