Job Summary
Lead all security operations for The Londoner, a luxury 5-star hotel in London, overseeing risk assessments, incident response, surveillance, access control, and the security team; collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, HR, and Senior Leadership to maintain a secure guest-focused environment; ensure compliance with health & safety and fire safety protocols; plan security measures for high-profile guests and private events; recruit, train, and supervise security staff and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or senior security leader in a luxury hotel environment
- Knowledge of UK security legislation, emergency procedures, and risk management
- SIA licence (Door Supervisor or Close Protection) preferred
- Eligibility to work in the UK
