Job Summary
Safety and Compliance Specialist to support advancing safety, environmental, and regulatory programs; collaborate with Safety Manager and department leaders; maintain documentation, ensure alignment with OSHA/EPA/DOT/ISO standards, manage incident records and compliance platforms, develop and deliver safety and environmental initiatives, and participate in inspections and training across TMPR operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Occupational Safety, Environmental Science(preferred), or related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of regulations, including OSHA, EPA, USCG, and DOT
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
