Job Summary
Safety and Compliance Business Partner role focusing on safeguarding children's safety and wellbeing within OSHC and Kindergarten services. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with National Law, Regulations, and the NQF; managing incidents, reporting, and regulatory submissions; providing expert advice, coaching, and support to services and teams; driving quality improvement, audits, and compliance assurance activities; and building strong stakeholder relationships for regulatory engagement. Requires strong knowledge of ECEC legislation, governance/compliance experience in early years, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills; offers ongoing training and development with hybrid work in East Melbourne, Australia.
Required Qualifications
