Safety Advisor

Develop and continuously improve policies, procedures, and practices within the Rohit Health and Safety Management Program. Ensure ongoing compliance, conduct site visits and inspections to correct non-compliance issues, and maintain safety administration including reports and Material Safety Data Sheets. Investigate accidents and injuries, participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee, and assist in creating safe work practices and training materials. Promote the "Caught Working Safe" program, provide coaching and mentoring, and organize safety training for staff while distributing related information to site teams. Assist in maintaining the Certificate of Recognition and oversee fleet management and maintenance.
