Job Summary
Oversee a construction project in Rayville, LA for a 14-month period by identifying safety issues and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local, and owner requirements. Conduct site inspections and interface with diverse team members to address safety matters while maintaining strong communication skills. Maintain OSHA 510 certification and BCSP designation throughout the project duration. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts of 75 pounds. Candidates must be willing to travel locally and pass a background check and drug screen. This position is part of CORE Safety Group's nationwide safety management and loss control consulting services.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years' experience construction safety
- OSHA 510
- BCSP designation
- Local or willing to travel
- Able to pass a background check/ drug screen
- Accurate near and distant vision
