Job Summary
Oversee a one-month construction project in Loudon, TN, by identifying safety issues and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local, and owner requirements. Conduct site inspections while interpreting safety standards and communicating with members at all organizational levels. Maintain organizational skills to prioritize workload and interface with diverse personalities independently. This role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and balancing, with a candidate needing 5 years of experience, OSHA 30 certification, and FA/CPR/AED credentials.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience
- OSHA 30 minimum
- FA/CPR/AED
- Local or willing to travel
- Able to pass a background check/ drug screen
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds
- Must have accurate near and distant vision
