Job Summary
Oversee a 9-month construction project in Box Elder, SD by identifying safety issues and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local, and owner requirements. Conduct daily site inspections while interpreting safety standards and communicating effectively with members across all organizational levels. Prioritize workload independently and interface with diverse personalities to resolve safety matters. Candidates must demonstrate 5 years of construction safety experience, hold EM-385 40-hour and OSHA 30 certifications, and pass a background check and drug screen. This role involves frequent physical demands including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly. Core Safety Group is a nationwide safety management and loss control consultant.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of construction safety experience
- EM-385 40 hour
- OSHA 30
- FA/CPR/AED
- Able to pass a background check/ drug screen
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds
- Accurate near and distant vision
